- The “World Galleria”: An indoor promenade with shops, bars, and dining venues under a LED sky dome.

- Luxury suites and experiences: Including MSC Yacht Club, an exclusive “ship-within-a-ship” concept offering private amenities and personal service.
This week it was announced that MSC Cruises is preparing to elevate its dining experience with the introduction of MSC World America, set to debut in 2025. Among the ship’s culinary highlights is the first-ever Eataly restaurant at sea, offering guests a taste of high-quality Italian cuisine in a distinctive setting. This collaboration reflects MSC Cruises’ ongoing commitment to bringing exceptional dining experiences that blend European elegance with offerings tailored to an American audience.
Eataly, renowned for its celebration of authentic Italian food and wine, will take center stage aboard MSC World America. With a carefully curated menu featuring freshly made pasta and ingredients sourced from Italy, the restaurant promises an unparalleled journey through Italy’s rich culinary traditions. The restaurant’s design will feature an inviting atmosphere with natural tones and an open kitchen, showcasing the preparation of meals in front of guests—a hallmark of Eataly’s immersive approach to dining.
The partnership reflects MSC Cruises’ philosophy that memorable moments are often created through shared meals. Bernhard Stacher, MSC Cruises’ Vice President of Global Hotel Operations, explained, “We believe in taking our guests on a gastronomic journey, and our collaboration with Eataly reflects our dedication to high-quality, authentic food. This exclusive dining experience aboard MSC World America highlights the best of Italian culinary artistry, made with fresh ingredients.”
MSC World America will offer 19 dining venues, blending traditional favorites with innovative new concepts. In addition to the Eataly experience, guests can indulge in other specialty dining options such as the Kaito Sushi Bar, Butcher’s Cut steakhouse, and Hola! Tacos & Cantina. New to the lineup is Paxos, a Greek restaurant inspired by Mediterranean flavors. Located in the Promenade district, Paxos will feature fresh seafood, small plates, and cocktails, immersing diners in the vibrant culture of Greece.
For those seeking more casual dining, MSC World America will feature several fast-casual eateries, perfect for grabbing a quick bite while exploring the ship. Options like Paxos on the Go, Promenade Bites, and The Harbour Bar & Bites will provide everything from savory street food to sweet treats, ensuring there’s something for every palate.
MSC World America is set to launch from PortMiami in April 2025, offering Caribbean itineraries that include a stop at Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, the cruise line’s private island in The Bahamas. With an impressive array of dining options, MSC World America aims to create unforgettable culinary memories for its guests.
