Set to debut on January 10, 2025, Disneyland Paris will launch an all-new nighttime spectacular, Disney Tales of Magic, blending timeless Disney stories with cutting-edge technology. The show immerses guests in the beloved worlds of Disney and Pixar films like Pinocchio, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Lilo & Stitch, Encanto, Inside Out, and WALL-E, celebrating universal themes from the joy of friendship to the courage to dream.
Projected along Main Street, U.S.A. and onto Sleeping Beauty Castle, Disney Tales of Magic brings viewers through scenes such as a star-lit ballroom where Cinderella dances with Prince Charming, a vibrant Colombian village alive with the magic of the Madrigal family, and Riley’s mindscape of glowing memory balls. Designed to be a full sensory experience, the 20-minute show incorporates lighting, synchronized fountains, pyrotechnics, and Disneyland Paris’s first immersive audio system, creating a spectacle that envelops guests from all angles.
Perhaps the best part is the addition of drones, which took over 17,500 hours to integrate. The drones, along with ultra-bright lasers, 60 custom lighting fixtures, and new LED architectural lighting, deliver a three-dimensional experience unique to Disneyland Paris. Natacha Rafalski, President of Disneyland Paris, shared her vision for the show: “At Disneyland Paris, we’ve always pushed the boundaries of nighttime entertainment, and Disney Tales of Magic represents the next evolution. We believe this will captivate and inspire guests for years to come.”
Accompanying the visuals is an exclusive soundtrack of over 20 beloved Disney and Pixar songs, arranged in fresh, contemporary styles. At the heart of the show is the original song Live in Magic, performed in both French and English, echoing the park’s multicultural spirit.
Following this debut, Disneyland Paris will introduce its first Disney Music Festival on April 19, 2025. Running through September 7, this festival celebrates the magic of music with live performances across the park, inspired by France’s famous Fête de la Musique. Guests can look forward to reimagined classics from Disney Animation and Pixar films, adding yet another layer to the vibrant atmosphere at Disneyland Paris.
