This one-of-a-kind ride offers a “party in the sky” experience, taking guests on a gondola-style journey across the Park in lively Party Pods. The fun begins on the ground with an immersive queuing experience featuring groovy disco tunes and the chance to learn the signature Minifigure Skyflyer Dance.

Celebrate with a Disco Dance Party!

To celebrate the grand opening, LEGOLAND New York Resort is hosting a Disco Dance Party on June 24, aiming to break the World Record for the Largest Disco Dance Party. Thousands of fans in dazzling disco attire are expected to attend. The first 2,500 guests who register online and show up in disco-themed outfits—think glitter, sequins, and sparkly tutus—will receive free same-day entry tickets!

“LEGOLAND New York Resort is a place of endless fun and adventure, but with our Park’s expansive layout, guests have been seeking easier ways to navigate our seven themed lands. We listened and created Minifigure Skyflyer, an exciting new ride that fuels creativity and offers spectacular views of both the Park and the beautiful Hudson Valley,” said Stephanie Johnson, Divisional Director of LEGOLAND New York.

As you glide through the sky, each Party Pod introduces you to beloved minifigures and unique activities. Here are the seven themes you can enjoy:

Minifigure Skyflyer is free to ride with Park admission. Each Party Pod is ADA accessible, stroller-friendly, and can seat up to ten people, ensuring everyone can join in the fun.

Nestled in the picturesque town of St. George’s, Bermuda, lies an enigmatic relic of history that has captivated locals and tourists alike for over a century – the Unfinished Church. With its towering walls and open-air sanctuary, this architectural marvel offers a glimpse into Bermuda’s past and invites visitors to ponder what might have been.

The story of the Unfinished Church begins in the late 19th century. St. Peter’s Church, the primary place of worship in St. George’s, suffered extensive damage from hurricanes, prompting the local Anglican community to seek a new, grander place of worship. The vision for the Unfinished Church was ambitious: a majestic Gothic revival structure that would serve as a spiritual and cultural centerpiece for the town.



Construction of the Unfinished Church commenced in 1874. The design, characterized by its pointed arches, intricate stonework, and soaring spires, promised a magnificent addition to Bermuda’s architectural landscape. However, the project soon encountered a series of setbacks that would ultimately halt its progress.

Financial difficulties plagued the project from the start. Fundraising efforts fell short, and the community struggled to gather the necessary resources to complete the grand design. Additionally, disagreements among the congregation and church leadership about the project’s direction and cost further complicated matters.

Nature also played a role in the church’s unfinished fate. In 1899, a powerful hurricane caused significant damage to the partially constructed building. With limited funds and increasing doubts about the feasibility of completing the project, the decision was made to abandon the construction altogether.


Despite its incomplete state, the Unfinished Church stands with its weathered stone walls and empty window frames, exude a haunting beauty that captivates visitors.


The site has become a popular destination for tourists and locals alike, offering a unique venue for weddings, photography, and quiet contemplation. The Bermuda National Trust, recognizing the historical and cultural significance of the Unfinished Church, has undertaken efforts to preserve and maintain the site, ensuring that future generations can experience its beauty.



Located within walking distance from the heart of St. George’s, the church is easily accessible and well worth the visit. As you explore the ruins, take a moment to appreciate the craftsmanship of the stonework, the soaring arches that frame the sky, and the lush greenery that now inhabits the space. Visitors often pass it on their way to Tabacco Bay or Fort St. Catherine.

If you’re looking to experience the Disney magic this Summer it’s almost the best time to book! Starting May 29, 2024, Disneyland Resort will unveil its new, limited-time ticket offer. With the 3-Day Disneyland Ticket Offer, families planning to visit can enjoy three days of park admission for as low as $50 per child (ages 3-9) and $83 per adult, per day. These special tickets start at $149 for children and $249 for adults for admission Monday through Thursdays, or as low as $199 for children and $299 for adults for admission any day including weekends, based on availability and theme park reservations. Plus, guests can upgrade to Park Hopper tickets or include Disney Genie+ service at the time of purchase for added flexibility and convenience.

The promotion notes that parkgoers can redeem their tickets for any three eligible days (which can be non-consecutive) between June 10 and Sept. 26, 2024, subject to park reservation availability.

We’re hoping this means we can say goodbye to pricey and inconvenient day passes at resorts as this all-new beach club is operated fully by the cruise line, and promises an unparalleled island getaway.

Scheduled to open its doors in 2025, the Royal Beach Club Paradise Island will redefine the beach experience, blending the allure of The Bahamas with Royal Caribbean’s signature hospitality. Led by Royal Caribbean Group President and CEO Jason Liberty and Royal Caribbean International President and CEO Michael Bayley, alongside The Bahamas’ Prime Minister Philip Davis and Deputy Prime Minister I. Chester Cooper, the groundbreaking ceremony marks the beginning of an extraordinary journey

Set against the backdrop of one of The Bahamas’ most picturesque beaches, this beach club will immerse visitors in Bahamian culture, cuisine, and hospitality – with up to 49% equity owned by Bahamians.

Prime Minister Philip Davis emphasized the significance of this collaboration, stating, “Today’s agreement not only enhances our tourism offerings but also fosters greater Bahamian empowerment in the tourism industry.”

Designed by local Bahamian architects, the club will feature vibrant architecture complemented by breathtaking views of turquoise waters and pristine beaches. From swim-up bars to private cabanas, guests will indulge in luxury while experiencing the charm of Bahamian culture.

From images, it appears the location is close to the pier and it will include kid-friendly options like a splash pad and a shallow pool.

President and CEO of Royal Caribbean Group, Jason Liberty, expressed gratitude for the partnership with the Bahamian government and local entrepreneurs, highlighting the economic opportunities generated for the community.
